Join us for one half hour of YOGA with Ms. Javed! This half hour will be devoted to moving our bodies through a series of postures and movements so that we may move more freely, breathing into our physical spaces, opening up our bodies and our minds to better relieve stress!  By practicing together, we will equip ourselves with resiliency tools to better tackle challenging situations and to better engage or interact with positive opportunities for our minds! Through these practices, FUN movements and magical music, we will dive deeply into our own inner minds so that we feel more easeful, peaceful and grateful! YOU WILL WALK AWAY LEARNING HOW TO INDEPENDENTLY APPLY STRESS-FREE STRATEGIES ON YOUR OWN, oftentimes without others even noticing! Come learn how to take better care of your mind and your body with Ms. Javed! Start saying goodbye to anxiety, nerves and uncertainty! Instead, start filling yourselves with joy, confidence and light! Fall in love with taking care of yourself through movement of the mind and body! Let go... and let light =)
