Event Details

Parent Connections is a place where parents of children aged birth through 4 years can engage in an activity with their children, participate in a learning opportunity for parents (with babysitting available for children 4 months to 4 years), and socialize with other parents.

This Learning Time topic of wellness will be presented by Catherine Riedel, certified yoga instructor and certified Integrated Energy Therapist.
"Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.  In this short presentation, we will explore how the body and the mind deals with stress in our lives and how we can make simple decisions that can big difference in our over all well being."

Pre-registration is preferred but drop-ins are welcome!
